United Way of Hyderabad, since its inception in 2010, has been working with local communities with a focus on education, health and livelihood. In cooperation with donors like Deloitte etc, United Way of Hyderabad has been contributing its efforts in serving the identified stake holders. The United Way of Hyderabad has helped organizations like Kasturba Gandhi memorial Trust, Vivekananda Public School, Ashritha, Center for Social service, Vidya, Desire Society, Freedom Foundation etc., in the areas of education; while institutions like Don BoscoNavjeevan foundation, Hyderabad council of human welfare, Child Line Foundation etc., were helped in tackling emergency health concerns.
